Though I haven't finished my two ongoing play throughs, figure it's a weekend and what the hell. The full beta is now up. Contact me at one of three places if you want in:
My email: oldirtywick@aol.com
Bouncy Rock
The Citadel
From there I'll supply you a link and you're off. Of course, by downloading said you file you're implicitly agreeing to actually provide feedback and not just burn your weekend. If you want to do that, may I recommend frisbee golf?
Thanks everyone.

Woot downloading now!
You talk as though we can't do both... (burn weekend and complai^H^H^H^H provide feedback.
Sadly, you'll be competing with Brisingr for time this weekend, but I'll be sure to find at least 1 useful contribution :) (like a typo in Red's accent or something :)
Who is Brisingr?
It's all good though. I changed the hosting site so you'll have to get at me for the link.
Other than a few typos the only major thing I have run into is the noble militia jittering and smeering themselves into the pink tent at the second stop.
That's ActionRandomWalk() for you.
Take your time, let me know when you've got a good list and email it over when you're done. Thoughts and opinions welcome.
lol Brisingr is the third novel of the Inheritance Cycle, you know, Eragon and Eldest. Anyway, can't wait to play this module when its up on the Vault, this is going to be good :-)
Is it at some other site? The most recent files at the old ftp are dated August 2.
Oh haha my bad.
Yeah flem, check your email.
I'm only as far as the Locke family tomb, but I have four pages of handwritten notes. All but two items, however, can be distilled as "the dialog needs a good proofreader." will you be proofreading the whole thing from dialog files, or do you really want me to report individual errors I find? (Not really seeing many spelling errors/typos. It's mostly grammar and word choice issues.)
Tell you what, you take the time to record the typos and send them to me, it's only fair that I fix them. I have no plans to proofread it myself, though. Way too much text.
I think I must have over 14 hours going so far, and I still haven't made it out of the palace to start the city quests. This monster is, without doubt, huge.
It's been a lot of fun. As you say, however, there is lots of text. The long periods of exposition tend to drag the excitement down a bit. I took the Mishka romance path, which was kind of sweet and well paced.
There's still...a lot left.
Thanks
